Caravans & Motorhomes
Used German touring caravans, priced from cited marketplace listings.
German caravans sell mostly through private and dealer listings on mobile.de and Kleinanzeigen, and the final agreed price is rarely published. This desk collects exact-model listings, quotes each one as found, and adjusts for age using a slope fitted on the same listings. Where only asking prices exist, the reference says so on the page.
What moves the price
- 01Exact modelOnly the named model counts. Other floor plans and trim lines from the same maker are excluded.
- 02AgeListings from other years are adjusted to the subject's year using a slope fitted on the listings themselves, never a rule of thumb.
- 03TÜV/HU statusAn expired inspection lowers what a buyer will pay. Listings that do not state it carry less weight.
- 04DampA positive damp reading is the largest single condition discount. It is rarely disclosed in listings.
- 05Price typeRealised sale prices outrank asking prices. A range built on asking prices alone is labelled asking-only.

Questions
- Is this an appraisal?
- No. It is an indicative reference built from cited listings. It is not a certified appraisal, a Gutachten or an offer to buy.
- Why is the range so wide?
- None of the listings state the TÜV/HU date or a damp reading, so condition cannot be matched. The band is widened to reflect that.
- Is this what a caravan would sell for?
- Not necessarily. Every figure is an asking price, and many are marked VB (negotiable). The agreed price is usually lower.
- Can I get a reference for a specific caravan?
- Yes. Request access with a work email and your role, and the desk will run your caravan.
